Achoimre: | This study was aimed to determine the prevalence of teenage pregnancies, users of the Health Center of Santa Rosa Canton Morona, Morona Santiago province Year 2015 survey techniques and observation was applied with their instruments questionnaire and guide observation respectively, they were applied to 21 pregnant teenagers. The design was cross-sectional, descriptive, bibliographic, field. It was obtained as a result: that pregnant adolescents have greater number of 18 to 19 years at 52.38%. Shuar ethnic group predominated in 61.90%; urban origin in 61.90%; and single marital status 57.14% occupancy to 47.62% students. The prevalence of pregnant women is 37.50%. Dominates the first pregnancy in 85.71%. The pregnancies were unwanted at 80.95%; Married couple have 42.86%, live with the couple 42.86%, and 33.33% parents. Migration parent records due 23.81%; Lack of control schedules and out of home in 57.14%; out on weekends to dance at 28.57%; drink alcohol 23.81%; domestic abuse refers in 33.33%; lack communication with family at 42.86%; do not have family affection 19.05%, he believed that he would not impregnate 76.19%; less method known as the rate is 91,67%. It is concluded that the prevalence of pregnancies in the town of Santa Rosa, is high in 37.50% of all pregnancies, they were unwanted at 80.95%. The main factors are believing they were not going to get pregnant at 76.19%. And lack of control of entry and exit times from home in 42.86%.
