| Zusammenfassung: | In this degree work, a management and monitoring system for the I2TEC bicycle has been developed. This system aims to optimize the efficiency and management of bicycles through several key functionalities. Among these, we highlight the ability to reserve a bicycle through a mobile application in which available schedules are shown, ranging from 13:00 to 20:00 hours, which facilitates the chance to reserve a bike. Additionally, the system allows knowing the approximate bicycle battery level, ensuring that users have crucial information about its status before each use. Moreover, it offers the possibility to visualize the bicycle at the charging station, which improves management and ensures that bikes are ready for the next user. To carry out these functionalities, the system is divided into 3 stages: tracking, storage and information presentation. The tracking stage focuses on the use of advanced hardware devices. GSM modules are used for communication, GPS for tracking and the Arduino pro mini, for control and processing. On the other hand, the storage stage is carried out by software, processing and storing the information in the Firebase database. Finally, the processed and stored information is presented in an accessible way through the mobile application and web page. The web page is strictly for the use of administrators, while the mobile application is for all students, faculty and administrative staff of the university. This system seeks to significantly improve the efficiency and sustainability of the use of bicycles at I2TEC, promoting a more ecological and accessible transportation for all students.
