Análisis financiero de la Empresa Comercial la Casa del Freno de la ciudad de Loja, periodo 2014-2015. Propuesta de mejoramiento.

The present work of thesis denominated "FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF THE COMMERCIAL COMPANY THE HOUSE OF THE BRAKE OF THE CITY OF SHOP, PERIOD 2014-2015. PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT ", was developed in compliance with one of the requirements established in the Regulation of Academic Regime prior to choosing the Degree and Degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, Public Accountant-Auditor. In compliance with the general objective, the vertical and horizontal analysis of the period 2014-2015 was carried out to determine the real financial and economic situation of the company, thus establishing the percentage participation percentage of assets, liabilities, assets, revenues and expenses; As well as to know the absolute and relative variation that has had each item from one year to the next. Subsequently, the financial indicators of liquidity, activity, indebtedness and profitability, specific to the commercial activity with their respective interpretations and graphs, were used to evaluate the financial, economic and operational performance of the company. Finally, the report was prepared and the respective proposal, which is aimed at improving the policies for charging customers and paying debts to suppliers, once developed will be subsequently communicated to the owner-manager so that he can make the right decisions that help the Improvement and continuity of the commercial enterprise.
