| Summary: | For the present research work has been analyzed in depth the process of entry and clearance of different service requests entering a radio station, such as: request a song, answer a poll, vote for a particular song, leave a message voice, entering a contest, etc.., this process is automated so in order to streamline and keep better control of information generated by each interaction with listeners. To achieve this automation has developed software called Interactive YUSLOP Phone. This software is developed with the Iconix methodology, this methodology is based on four phases: requirements analysis, preliminary design and analysis, design and implementation and testing, YUSLOP Phone Interactive is a web application developed on CakePHP, using programming language PHP, MySql as a repository of data for the Asterisk PBX, MPD to manage playlists and Debian operating system. Yuslop records and handles the entire process of managing requests from listeners, listeners can manage, calls, songs, lists of songs (Playlists), surveys, voice messages, system users and sweepstakes. 3 manuals have been developed that explain step by step how to perform each task in the system: manual ad ministered and manual speaker. |
