Los problemas sociales asociados a la desigualdad y discriminación de los grupos GLBTI (Gay, Lesbianas, Bisexuales, Transexuales, Intersexuales.) 2015-2016 Y la intervención del trabajador social

This research was performed at LGBTI groups from the city of Loja, focused on analyzing the social problems caused by inequality and discrimination they are exposed them because their sexual orientation or gender. Day by day these groups see their rights violated in many social areas such as health, education, work, family, etc. Due to various factors such as cultural patterns inherited generation after generation, who see homosexuality as a transgression of the provisions as "normal" by society. These social problems directly affect the quality of life of these people, since they are at a disadvantage against any other heterosexual person therefore the goals set allowed to determine that there is: a high index of inequality and discrimination and that there is need to improve the social situation facing the LGBTI community in the city of Loja by the right alternatives that promote equality and non-discrimination, such as awareness, education, respect, tolerance and information. Within the research process different findings, as people belonging to these groups, are exposed to serious and continuing problems directly associated with inequality and discrimination, and violence in all both physical, psychological and sexual degrees were found, social exclusion, exclusion in the family, in education, in health, in labor, all, detached from ignorance and little information lojana citizenship, creating negativization of this community, creating for them to these serious disadvantages groups we allowed an optimal quality of life, generated by ignorance of rights lack of awareness on equality, education and nonexistent addressed based on tolerance, respect and diversity. 6 Another finding has to do with the lesbian group, as was evident that this group is the most violated, because it is directly associated with gender, ie, are more discriminated against a lesbian woman to gay man, because society already has well defined roles clear and must meet a woman in society and is much more difficult for them to freely express their sexuality without being the victim of some form of violence. Also that the transsexual group is the one that is most exposed to physical violence, because their condition or "change" is more obvious to the naked eye. Inserting the methodology used for this research process Reality with its phases and levels, as an instrument structured interview; the universe of research were 55 people who identify themselves as part of the Gay groups, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex (LGBTI) located in the city of Loja, which was taken as a random sample of 80% of the subgroups, equivalent to 44 people. Therefore it is concluded and recommended that it is necessary to create a proposal for action targeted at promoting the right to equality and non-discrimination, empowering members of these groups, as well as the general public, working with the community for processing exchange and integration remain the main actors in this process of equality and integration, as well as create spaces where people can talk openly on these important for the proper functioning of society in general subjects, just so, you can get the look toppling society to LGBTI groups so inclusive, tolerant, egalitarian and inclusive.
