Sistema participativo de garantía local para el fomento de la producción agroecológica y soberanía alimentaria en la parroquia Panguintza, cantón Centinela del Cóndor, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

In the Panguintza parish, there has been evidence in their rural communities of the lack of organization and training for farmers engaged in agroecological and organic production; On the other hand, there are no spaces for the commercialization of products, such as fairs, plazas or markets, so this has become a limitation for production and marketing. Taking into account the aforementioned, the present project consisted in strengthening the organizations of the Panguintza parish, which for many years have been carrying out agroecological and organic production activities, which became part of a network of producers that guarantees the Production and consumer confidence. As a result of the preparation of this project, we have the Internal Regulations for the proper functioning of the Participative System of Local Guarantee of the Network of Organizations of Agroecological and Organic Production, which will serve to have a good orientation in the process of proper management of the soil, Planting, cultivation, harvesting, post harvesting and marketing in agroecological fairs. Currently the producers are developing agroecological practices either in crops or livestock, which were acquired through the experiences achieved in the training workshops. At the same time, the support of the institutions contacted for the elaboration of the Participative Local Guarantee System is also highlighted.
