Čoahkkáigeassu:The need to provide products and food to a population in constant growth has resulted in poor agricultural practices that prove to be unsustainable both at the environmental, social and economic levels One of the alternatives to contribute to sustainable development is the training of field schools that; Promote the improvement of the living conditions of the population through the participation of men and women who develop theoretical and practical activities aimed at the proper management of resources. For this reason, in the Numbami neighborhood, the present project was designed to design and implement a Field School for the promotion of organic production, for which a diagnosis of training needs was carried out to identify the weaknesses in production Organic; Followed by the creation of an Agroecological School made up of 12 families, in order to strengthen their capacities in socio-organizational aspects and organic production, in order to contribute to the food sovereignty of the population. Finally, the evaluation of knowledge acquired during the development process of the Field School was made, evidencing important improvements in its performance and attitude to promote organic agriculture in the territory.
