Incidencia de los embarazos en adolescentes del primero y segundo año de bachillerato de la sección diurna del Colegio Técnico Experimental Martha Bucaram de Roldós de la ciudad de Yantzaza”, año lectivo 2014

This study was Conducted to Investigate the incidence of teenage pregnancy in the first and second year of high school in daytime section of College Experimental Technical Martha Bucaram de Roldos belongs to city called Yantzaza, school year 2014. The methodology used for this research was inductive, literature, descriptive and applied. The results showed an incidence of teenage pregnancy 33.33% in ages ranging between 14-16 years of which never used any contraceptive method considered as influential factors because of this research was conducted in the teen first and second high school and the opinions collected assert: that teenage pregnancy would result in economic problems, school dropout and family rejection. If this problem is not corrected, it is possible that the pregnancy rate increase to very high figures, and there is high dropout rates, considerably increase sexually transmitted diseases, so it is necessary to undertake campaigns teen pregnancy prevention in order to promote responsible sexual and reproductive health. Finally we Propose an intervention plan to raise awareness among adolescents and reduce the rate of teenage pregnancies Keywords: Incidence, teenage pregnancies. school
