Dominated this research, the use of ICTs to improve attention deficit disorder in children from the first year of Basic Education of the Education Unit LauroDamervalAyora city of Loja. Period 2014-2015, comprising general objective: To present the influence and importance of using ICTs to improve attention deficit in children of first year of basic education, in order to suggest improvements to this problem. Which they showed through inductive, qualitative and statistical scientific method of observation. A test to identify attention deficit, hyperactivity and conduct disorder in children, the teacher interview and the survey of 26 parents to learn about the technological tools at home, while the applied use children, time of concentration of children using them. With 88%, most parents believed that the use of Information and Communication Technologies ICT calls improve the quality of care in children from school. After applying the different techniques, test and re-test can conclude that technology tools are beneficial to students because now we are all immersed in the world of technology, and we must learn every day more than developments as they arise and education could not be left behind. A recommendation should be implemented in a better way the computer room making it larger and better equipped.
