Análisis financiero de la finca ganadera San Francisco, parroquia Huertas, cantón Zaruma, provincia de el Oro

Research: "ANALISIS FINANCIERO DE LA FINCA GANADERA SAN FRANCISCO, PARROQUIA HUERTAS, CANTÓN ZARUMA, PROVINCIA DE EL ORO”, aimed to; perform a financial analysis of the San Francisco; determine the profitability of milk production; share the results and the owner of the farm workers To achieve these objectives, the literature review was conducted, and was also applied techniques such as direct observation allowed me to listen carefully to the reality of this property as to perform this function could feel closer all the shortcomings and potentials as well as take notes that were fundamental when getting the results, and the interview that allowed me to create a series of questions to explore data related to work done. Finally calculations were performed to determine the balance sheet indicators of static analysis, vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, dynamic analysis, net profit, cost-benefit and return on investment. The following results were determined: in the balance sheet shows that the assets are greater than liabilities having a heritage of 262,681.29, and its liquidity ratio is 4.15, with an immediate solvency at $ 45.15 indicating that possesses high capacities solvency. Net farm income is $ 351.15 which is interpreted as low, this is due to the low milk production is limited by the local cattle breed. When there is a high level of liquidity, which could give the opportunity to improve production and productivity of the farm, this is what should be complemented with management training and improve revenue and thus the quality of life of the producer. To improve profitability a change of production system should be applied, to thereby improve the use of pastures, also improve the genetic quality of dairy herd this involves a high investment, which could be supplemented by a loan to the bank long term
