总结:This research work is about Active Breaks: didactic alternative to strengthen motivation in the students of fifth grade of General Basic Education, the general objective was to determine the influence of active pauses in strengthening the motivation of the students of the fifth grade parallel "A" at Filomena Mora de Carrión, General Basic Education school, during the 2022-2023 school year; in the theoretical framework, topics related to active breaks and motivation were addressed; the methodology was based on the use of the following methods: scientific, statistical, descriptive, analytical, synthetic and inductive; to obtain information, the teacher and students were interviewed and the Learning Motivation and Attributional Styles scale was applied. CEAP48 scale. Subscale SEMAP-01 (Academic Motivation); the investigated population included a teacher and twenty-two students; the results allowed to determine that the students faced a low level of motivation, however, with the second application it was evidence that they improved notably with respect to deep, performance and superficial motivation; with the purpose of supporting the strengthening of the students' motivation, the alternative proposal "Let's break the routine and learn with happiness" was designed and applied; In order to support the strengthening of students' motivation, the alternative proposal "Let's break the routine and learn with happiness" was designed and applied, which allowed to strengthen motivation considerably, it is very useful to share positive emotions, strengthen concentration, attention, memory activation, reduce stress levels and encourage the active participation of students in the different teaching-learning processes with excellent results in their academic performance; according to the results obtained, teachers are encouraged to consider the use of active breaks in a selective and innovative way in teaching environments, finally, there is a generalized concern to improve the level of motivation in students.
