The research paper entitled: "ANALYSIS OF SELF-GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION DECENTRALISED VILCABAMBA of Canton Loja PARISH AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE LAW OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE PLAN COLLECTION OF GOOD LIVING. PERIOD SEPTEMBER 2013 - DECEMBER 2015 ALTERNATIVE PROPOSAL "was developed with the aim of contributing to the development of the parochial institution, through communication strategies (planning of corporate communication). This research, once applied social conceptions allowed to assert exposed at work, since the scientific, analytical, synthetic and descriptive statistical method was used to arrive at valid conclusions. The survey of the population of the Vilcabamba parish to meet its external perception of the image and work of the institution and interview former presidents Township Government and current members of this institution on the internal organization between the techniques used, allowing obtain feasible results through tabulation and statistical data processing. Procedure which led to the testing of hypotheses and objectives outlined in the investigation. Consecutively, it came to the conclusions and recommendations, thus it was possible to have a broader understanding of the problems of study, therefore, is able to determine the absence of a department that promotes technically conceived, institutional communication within the Government Parish Vilcabamba reason that hinders the enforcement of Citizen Participation and strengthening the identity and image of the institution. The proposal includes communication strategies that suit the environment allowing sustainability and sustainability of communication and dissemination plan, thus ensuring an efficient and suitable work in the knowledge of what the company offers, allowing citizen participation and equitable development.
