Summary:The object of this project was the company Fidesburo C. Ltda. C. Ltda. of the city of Guayaquil, which is currently going through problems regarding the current process of recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel, where it has been evidenced that the only evaluation performed is the interview of the applicant, therefore, the general objective was to analyze the management of TTHH in the process of recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel positions in the company Fidesburo C. Ltda. of the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas. In order to comply with the purpose of the work, a methodology based on descriptive research was followed, with a quantitative approach, taking as population the current personnel of the company under study, applying the survey as a research technique. Among the main findings was that Fidesburo C. Ltda. does not follow up on the verification of credentials, skills and work history of the candidate, i.e. they do not check if the information located in the applicant's resume is real or not. Not checking references is checked based on the fact that the company has already had experience hiring someone who does not meet the stated qualifications or has a history of poor performance.
