With this investigation, it is guided to clarify the basic foundations that sustain the evaluation applied to the educational field inside the trainings and their incidence in the academic formation. Centering of attention in the evaluation of the trainings, simply it is no longer to try of observing a final product, but producing instruments, tools, techniques more appropriate to carry out the evaluation that they allow to obtain information about of training process and starting from it, to improve it. The most important in the diagnostic, formative and adding evaluation is arrive at formulating conclusionson the measures variables that, in its turn, they will drive us to a process of taking of decisions tends to direct the results towards the address wanted. In consequence, the evaluation completes a fundamental list, then through a valuation of the elements that they take part in the educative process it is possible its readjustment and optimization, of this way, we can assure better effects in the educational institution in which we carry out our job. The results of the exams should converted in a starting point so that educational, coordinators and directors meditate around the evaluative and teaching practices, so what is done in the classroom it is significant, at the same time to promote attitudes of commitment, interest and responsibility in students, that will lead to building a long-term meaningful learning, it understood not only as a success in ratings, but as the achievement of full comprehensive training.
