Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The present research work entitled "PROPOSAL FOR A MANUAL OF SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH FOR THE HUMAN TALENT OF THE SARAGURO BASIC HOSPITAL, CANTÓN SARAGURO, PROVINCE OF LOJA, FOR THE YEAR 2016," has as general objective to make a proposal of a manual of Safety and occupational health for the human talent of Saraguro Basic Hospital in Saraguro, province of Loja. The theoretical contents used in the present investigation are duly supported and quoted from the respective sources of information. The methods used were the inductive method that allowed to decompose the elements of the investigation into parts and to perform a more detailed analysis of the information Obtained, the deductive method that helped to determine the institution's shortcomings in relation to the occupational health and safety of human talent, the analytical-synthetic method helped to determine the risk levels of the different jobs, the descriptive method allowed To represent each of the existing risks, the statistical method facilitated the processing of the information collected through the technique of the survey conducted to workers and employees of the Hospital obtaining important information such as: That 38 of the 54 respondents indicate that the floor is slippery. That 30 of the 54 respondents indicate that the temperature in the workplace is low. That 29 of the 54 respondents consider that their workplace is exposed to harmful, toxic or corrosive substances. According to information obtained from the Director, the Hospital meets the requirements necessary to provide the services offered to the community saragurence. After completing the situational analysis of the institution, it was concluded the need for the proposal of a manual of occupational health and safety for the human talent of Saraguro Basic Hospital. Therefore, with the present research work, the recommendation was made to consider the implementation of this manual. |
