Shrnutí:The title work: "Proposal of an occupational risk prevention plan for the company "Don Roberto Café de Vilcabamba period 2023", arises from the need to determine and analyze the incidence and impact on health and safety of those risk factors that arise from the work activity, risk that could cause health problems, diseases or accidents at work, in order to have a planning tool for occupational safety, the same that would link the work activities of workers and thus reduce the risk of accidents at work. The inductive method and the action research and case study were applied to deeply analyze the cause and effect of the current situation of the company; The survey of workers through the questionnaire related to occupational health and safety to the entire population (6 people) directly involved in the jobs (1 milling technician, 1 roasting technician, 1 thresher, 2 customer service, and 1 manager/owner), the interview with the manager and direct observation, The interview with the manager and direct observation made it possible to determine the situation of the company in terms of legal compliance, current working conditions and data collection by observing the case using the MRL checklist of the Checklist of occupational health and safety obligations for companies with 1 to 10 workers. In conclusion, the research work carried out will help to reduce the existing labor risks in the company's workplaces, improving the working conditions of "Don Roberto Café" with ergonomics, organization and control, creating a safe working environment that benefits the management to comply with the minimum requirements of Labor Safety set forth by the Ministry of Labor Relations.
