The inductive method and the action research and case study were applied to deeply analyze the cause and effect of the current situation of the company; The survey of workers through the questionnaire related to occupational health and safety to the entire population (6 people) directly involved in the jobs (1 milling technician, 1 roasting technician, 1 thresher, 2 customer service, and 1 manager/owner), the interview with the manager and direct observation, The interview with the manager and direct observation made it possible to determine the situation of the company in terms of legal compliance, current working conditions and data collection by observing the case using the MRL checklist of the Checklist of occupational health and safety obligations for companies with 1 to 10 workers. In conclusion, the research work carried out will help to reduce the existing labor risks in the company's workplaces, improving the working conditions of "Don Roberto Café" with ergonomics, organization and control, creating a safe working environment that benefits the management to comply with the minimum requirements of Labor Safety set forth by the Ministry of Labor Relations. |

Se aplicó el método inductivo y la investigación de acción y estudio del caso, para analizar profundamente la causa y efecto de la situación actual de la empresa; se realizó una encuesta a 6 trabajadores involucrados directamente en los puestos de trabajo (1 técnico moledor, 1 técnico tostador, 1 trillador, 2 atención al cliente, y 1 gerente/propietario), una entrevista al gerente y la observación directa, permitió conocer en qué situación se encontraba la empresa en cuanto al cumplimiento legal, condiciones de trabajo actuales; así mismo, la lista de verificación de Checklist del MRL de obligaciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para empresas de 1 a 10 trabajadores.
