Proyecto de factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de trucha en la Parroquia Imbana Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

The project of feasibility for the production and trout commercialization in the parish Imbana county of Zamora Chinchipe will be from great contribution to the productive sector, due to the generation of new employment sources and the contribution of the basic basket with a product of quality. The objective of this study was to determine the feasibility of the production project and trout commercialization in the Parish Imbana county of Zamora Chinchipe, for it was necessary to carry out the market study to know the offer and demand; to make the technical study to determine the size, the localization and the engineering of the project; to carry out the financial study to determine the I mount of the investment, financing sources, production costs and revenues that are generated; to carry out the financial evaluation to know the financial return or profitability that it can generate for the investors of the project. To achieve the objectives the methods they were used: deductive and inductive same that allowed to carry out the different studies; likewise they were used technical that allowed to gather reliable and precise information, related with the study topic (to see annexed 1), the survey was applied to 312 families of the Parish Imbana, based on data you index them of the last populational census (INEC 2010), projected to the 2012 year of execution of the project, allowing to know the grade of acceptance of the product in the market and to continue with the study. In the technical study it was determined the size and localization of the project; in the size it was determined the installed capacity and the used capacity, according to their density for square meter; the localization the macrolocalización and microlocalización taken into account the necessary factors for the upbringing was determined like they are: the temperature, quantity and quality of water, the geographical aspect (to see annexed 1). In the financial study been presupposed all the materials, teams, tools, etc. that will be necessary for the operation of the company, being determined that for the execution and setting in march of the project an investment of $ is required 21.134,85, the same one that will be recovered in 5 years, 1 month and 6 days, being obtained an utility liquidates of 3.483,34 USD in the first year, 24% of the project will be financed by the Bank of Development and 76% by the proposer of the project. He/she will take place 12.061 annual pounds, their unitary cost is 2,01 more the margin of utility of 25% the price is obtained the public of 2,50 the pound obtaining an entrance in sales of 30.355,92. The financial evaluation allowed to determine that the project is viable since the Current Net Value it is 13.192,24 adult to one, and the Internal Rate of Return is of 25%, that is to say bigger than the capital cost. Once well-known the results of the investigation see the feasibility of implementing the company with the name "TUCAZA" AND.Or.R.L., of right, properly registered in the Mercantile Registration. The company will be unipersonal of limited, artificial responsibility constituted by a natural person to undertake in an activity economic sole right.
