Sumari: | This research was developed based on the theme Technological literacy and its impact on the implementation of ICT for development of the teaching - learning of mathematics in the el Colegio Fiscomisional Ecuador Amazónico de la Parroquia el Pangui, Cantón el Pangui, Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe in the 2012 academic year - 2013. Alternative Guidelines, aims to analyze the importance of using and applying appropriate that help them achieve lasting ICT learning of mathematics. Under this provision the research was conducted, the specific objectives of this study determined the characteristics of technological literacy which teachers and students, making it impossible to streamline the process of teaching - learning of mathematics. You set the mode of application of ICT in the development of teaching-learning process, is given without full knowledge of interactive environments which do not allow the accommodation of learning environment and educational use thereof in the teaching of Mathematics aforementioned school. The main results are: the lack of technological literacy and knowledge of ICT by teachers and students of del Colegio Fiscomisional Ecuador Amazónico. Teachers do not use ICT to teach math classes because it does not have a clear understanding of how to properly use the technologies that may be applicable to the teaching - learning of mathematics, although the institution is provided with means providing technological support a fairly accessible, teachers do not use consequently causes classes to be traditional, rote and repetitive.We conclude that the area of mathematics teachers have a need to know and manage ICT, since knowledge and its use allow obtaining the information required for a given topic more easily develop new capabilities such as : browse the Internet, calculating data, using email, which causes the collaboration between students, helps them focus on learning, motivating, favor the spirit of inquiry, promote integration and stimulate the development of skills such as reasoning and creativity. |
