Crynodeb:This thesis is based on the importance of process reengineering is currently in the business life in general, which involves a radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvements by adopting measures to achieve optimal results in the area of cost, quality , service and speed . Thus reengineering proposal is routed to generate significant changes in internal processes Cooperative buses "May 24" and especially in urban fringe lines that transport supplies company in lojano market. Furthermore, this work is intended to increase the capacity of the operational level and complementary to each of the areas of the company. Knowing the importance and contribution that the proposed work has started with the structuring of a reference frame contents or literature review that served for the embedded definition and the overall theme is Business Process Reengineering, then proceeded to the determination and use methodology relevant to the development of each of the stages; while preserving the overall logic that a work of this nature uses. Among the methods used include inductive general who served strategic study, which was supplemented with the use of other methods such as Analytic - Deductive, Analytical and Statistical - Mathematical, so this work involved the use of techniques traditional research such as observation, interview and survey process that served greatly in gathering information from the environment investigated in this case is the cooperative urban buses "May 24”. The component scores are detailed each of the steps the process of reengineering covers such as the interview the manager served to know the real situation of the company from an internal and professional perspective, then the survey is employees of the carrier revealed important information about the internal structure, salaries , wages , hours, years in the market, among other factors of paramount importance , then the survey of office employees is applied or operating staff which managed to collect data inherent to current internal processes of the cooperative, which in later be subject to an overall reengineering. Discussion In the segment of the work contains the following parts : current structure of the cooperative formation of the reengineering team and its functions, the company usually diagnosed based on the results of the interviews and surveys, identification of existing processes currently within the cooperative , identifying and ranking processes according to the importance and sequence of operations of the cooperative , a description of the current processes of the cooperative identification of critical points in the current processes , graphic description of current processes, proposals for the company, plan improvements to existing processes and determination of costs involved in process reengineering cooperative urban buses " May 24 " . This whole segment contains the global contribution that the proposal generates for the company under study. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were made and totally linked to results and schedules from research are described.
