Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un centro estético facial, en la ciudad de Macará, cantón Macará, provincia de Loja

The present research work is entitled: "FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A FACIAL AESTHETIC CENTER, IN THE CITY OF MACARÁ, CANTÓN MACARÁ, AND PROVINCE OF LOJA". It was held in the city of MACARÁ; With the purpose of verifying the feasibility of the implementation of a Facial Aesthetic Center. The study focused on taking advantage of the existing image and relaxation needs, trying to make users feel good and improve their personal image. In the market there are similar centers that are intended to be created, however they are not specialized in facial aesthetics; But rather are constituted as Spas with general services of image and relaxation, which for the new company constitutes a competitive advantage. Several methods were used to carry out the study, such as the scientific, analytical, inductive and deductive techniques such as direct observation, interview and the survey that allowed the collection of relevant information for the present project. Firstly, the market study was carried out, in which the survey was basically applied to 356 women from the city of Macará and 3 surveys of companies offering similar services, and it can be determined that there is an effective demand for 50,927 facial aesthetic services; In terms of the offer, there are 5,760 facial aesthetic services for the first year, which is not enough because there is an unsatisfied demand for 45,167 facial aesthetic services. Within the technical study it was possible to calculate the installed capacity that will be 36,134 and a capacity used of 36,134 for the first year. It was also possible to determine the macro and micro-location of the company, as it was observed that there is availability of raw material, easy access for consumers, easy transportation, basic services, infrastructure, among others, thus determining the most favorable location will be the province of Loja, Canton Macará, parish, Camilo Ponce and Eugenio Espejo streets. In the organizational study was determined the constitution of the company, the same that will have as its corporate name "NATURAL FACE CÍA. LTDA ", and will be of Limited Liability, the personnel of the administrative part will be a General Manager, Lawyer, Secretary-Accountant, and in the operative part will have a Cosmetologist and two Cosmetologist Assistants and a Marketing Assistant, the same Which will be included in the structural and functional organization chart, also receiving the Functions manual. The financial study allowed to determining that the implementation of the company is advisable. As the total investment for this project will be $ 41,019.41 dollars to be financed with a 51% shareholder contribution and 49% with a loan in the Banco de Loja of $ 20,000 to 3 years term with an interest rate Of 10.35% per year, in addition for the first year total costs will be $ 162,248.75, revenues will reach 210,923.37; Reaching a net profit of $ 27,927.07. In the economic evaluation, a NPV of $ 88,084.45 was determined; A TIR of 72.51% was also obtained, much higher than the 10.35% interest of the bank loan, in addition the investment will be recovered in 1 year, 3 months and 22 days, a Profit-Cost Ratio of 1 , 30 and finally defined that the project will support up to a 16.39% increase in costs and a decrease to 12.61% of revenues. The analysis carried out in the development of each of the phases of the present project allowed to concluding that it is feasible to create and implement a Facial Aesthetic Center in the city of Macará.
