Resumo:Titled The planning and organization of the Technological Institute May Day Yanzatza Canton province of Zamora Chinchipe and the productive enterprises of the agricultural area, period 2011 - 2012. Alternative Guidelines, research that follows assumes the search for solutions the problem of the shortcomings of the educational processes in productive projects implemented by the Agricultural Area, which were detected in an initial approach to the institutional reality. With the purpose or general objective to analyze how this affects the planning and organization of the institute mentioned in productive enterprises, throughout the research process order and rigor of the scientific method were retained; achieving and processed information with the help of inductive and deductive logical methods and procedures for analysis and synthesis, as well as the technique of the survey was applied to a population of fifty-two people, including authorities, technicians, teachers, students and parents; and also interview and applied to Storekeeper collector. After testing the hypothesis important conclusions as the absence of a market study and timely and viable concrete plans are established; insufficient availability of technical, technological, material and financial resources; the internal organization of the productive enterprises is obsolete and its operation is routine; There are excesses of improvisation and failure of regulatory provisions by those involved and few update processes and professional development of technical teachers. Finally, this paper proposes as an alternative the collective study of current regulations so that, on that basis, clear policies for qualitative improvement of the productive enterprises are defined.
