Summary:This thesis focused on research such as: "The plastic expression and their impact in developing PSYCHOMOTOR children and girls from pre-school of care and education initial"World of illusion", of the city of QUITO, province of PICHINCHA, 2012-2013 period". The same one that has been developed according to the regulations of graduation of the National University of Loja In the present research the General objective that was raised was: investigate the incidence of plastic expression in the development of the motor skills of the children of Pre Basic from the center of care and early education "World of illusions" in the city of Quito, Pichincha province. 2012-2013 academic period The methods used in the preparation of this investigative work were: scientist, inductive, synthetic analytical and statistical model, allowing to carry out the discussion and comparison of the proposed variables. Two instruments were applied: survey of teachers of preschool of the care and early education center "World of illusion" in the city of Quito, Pichincha province to establish the techniques and materials of plastic expression used in his day job. After analyzing the survey data applied to teachers to establish the types of techniques and materials of plastic expression used in daily working hours, you reach the following conclusion: 100% of the teachers used in the daily workday the following techniques of plastic expression language chart-plastic, drawing, painting, engraving. Since they are tools of support for the teacher and for the kids, its main objective is to serve as facilitator and propelling teaching-learning. 44% of children investigated have a developing psychomotor well, 37% very good, 12% Regular; and 7% higher. Of there the importance of working with the children the stimulation of psychomotor skills (hand muscle) then introduced it to learning reading - writing because writing requires coordination and training drive hands, and this is why the importance of exercising them through exercises sequential to achieve mastery and skill of fine hands and finger muscles.
