Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The present thesis, entitled "FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A SAVINGS CASH FOR INFORMAL TRADERS OF THE CANTON STORE PARK," aims to encourage the culture of saving and grant credits with easy access to the inhabitants of the parish. The project consists of four specific objectives: Market, Technical, Managed - Legal and Financial. In order to fulfill the proposed objectives, different methods and techniques were applied to each study, such as scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, statistical and techniques such as direct observation, bibliographic collection and survey. In relation to the first specific objective, the market study was carried out by the application of surveys to the informal merchants of the Cisne parish to know their interest and the degree of acceptance of the savings bank and the products and services that would offer. With this study, it was possible to determine the people who are interested in the implementation of the cash register, the services that will provide savings and credit where the active and passive interest rates will be set according to the benchmarks by the Central Bank of Ecuador Always considering the social purpose. According to the second objective, the technical study was the same that consists of the location, size and other elements required for the installation and operation of the Savings Bank, establishing the location and size of the entity, where indicated That the Box will operate 100 meters from the Parish GAD. Regarding the Administrative Study, the Savings Bank was structured, such as the design of the Organic and Functional Structure, the Statute and other Internal Regulations that will govern it. The economic and financial study considered the investment necessary to start up the project where the fixed assets, deferred assets and working capital were taken into account, which are indispensable for the execution of the cash. In addition, the financing will be obtained through compulsory savings by the partners. As for the financial evaluation confirms the feasibility of thesis work through its indicators: the Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Return, the Cost Benefit Ratio, the Capital Recovery Period and the Sensitivity Analysis. Finally, taking into account the results obtained, it is concluded that the feasibility project for the creation of a savings bank for informal shopkeepers in the Canton Loja canton is economically feasible, so its implementation is recommended. |
