Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de “pulpa de borojo”, en el cantón Puerto Quito, provincia de Pichincha

This research was conducted in the Canton of Puerto Quito, with the overall aim of submitting a proposal on the feasibility of setting up a business produces and markets "BOROJO PULP" IN CANTON Puerto Quito, Pichincha province. As a consumer product and that its production I have required much effort, dedication, support and advice of people engaged in this trade for how pulp Borojo occur, as well as an adequate study of each of phases through which he could hear and determine positive factors. For the execution of the project was based some methods and research techniques that helped identify the population and the sample of this research population of the 2010 census, the INEC was made to the people of Puerto Quito Canton according to the 2010 census was of 20,445 inhabitants with a growth rate of 1.99%, which projected for 2015 a total of 22,559 inhabitants. To determine families in Puerto Quito Canton number 22 559 inhabitants that are 4 members per family is divided, giving a result of 5,639 families. With the market study could determine product demand; whose unmet demand in the town were 125.613 units Borojó pulp, which still requires this product to meet your need. With the development of the technical study it was defined that the new company will work in the first year with 80% of its installed capacity is 62,400 units, the same that will increase year by year. The most suitable place for the company to ensure optimum performance in size, providing a favorable working environment for all who will labor in the production plant, obtaining good productive results. The organizational study will ensure that the company has an appropriate structure and organization in each of the areas, and a timely definition of hierarchical levels, and that have a well-defined function manual as a guide for each member knows the exact place to play and the responsibilities that this entails. Through thefinancial studywas learnedthe total investmentrequired for the projectto run, to an amountof investmentthathas a total valueof$ 54,531.16, for fundingwill be usedto external sources, specificallytheNational Development Bankwith a loan of$ 25,000.00atan interest rateof 12%; Likewisethe remaining amountworth$ 29,531.16corresponding to69.32% it will be financed by the partners ofthe company producingpulpBorojo. To determinethe project evaluationwere usedasindicators: Net(NPV) Present Valuewas70,450.67, the project IRRis37.60%, a payback periodofcapital of 2year,9 monthsand 18 daysacostbenefit ratioof1, 20,the sensitivity analysison thecost increasewas10.69% and the reductionofrevenues8.89%, which is convenient to runthe project. It also could define important conclusions arising from this basic study, and thus was issued the respective recommendations, they provide many benefits to implement them, and finally referred to the literature used in the process of research, instruments used in the process are appended. Finally the index that allows a quick overview of the contents of this work is outlined
