总结:This research entitled "COMMUNITY HEALTH DIAGNOSIS NEIGHBORHOOD CASTILLO, SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER 2013" aims to: contribute to strengthening the comprehensive care model of the National Intercultural Community and Family Health, through the development of community diagnosis area influence Motupe University Hospital with the respective epidemiological profile and talking map , and provide specific nursing services, designed to ensure the exercise of the right to health of disadvantaged groups as a form of community outreach and linking strategy with the health service. The study is descriptive in nature, the universe consisted of 39 families constituted 177 inhabitants, the instrument used for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP and an annex to this document. Among the most significant data are: that all families are located in medium risk, the prevalent sex is male, the level of outstanding education is free, 2 Illiterate was found, as schoolchildren and adolescents much of it is with great nutritional status and most studies in regard to sexually active women with the rhythm method is the most widely used family planning. Regarding the epidemiological profile Hypertension is chronic disease prevalent in ages 20 to 64 and with regard to the predominant disability is physical disability. With the results it is recommended to teams that pose health strategies to improve the situation of the community, insisting that no families entered this study.
