Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa productora de lunch para los niños de las escuelas particulares de la ciudad de Loja

The development work is framed in the current scheme of the National University of Loja, thus consists in the first instance the title that was defined as a general goal, then the abstract collection where each point is made; after the introduction where the problem that gave rise to the thesis topic discussed. Has desaeeollado review of the literature where the different theories that support the thesis studies are presented. Here are the materials and methods used, the Scientific Method is a process to gather logical and systematic information about the service to offer. Deductive allowed to deduct the information could be extracted from market research. Inductive is a synthetic analytical process which part of the case study, particular facts or phenomena to reach the discovery of a principle or general law governing it. Among the techniques used are: direct observation, survey and literature review. As for the method employed population projection and the sample size was determined. Therefore this project began with the development of the market study, which was determined that there is an unmet demand it to be covered with a small part in the implementation of this project. It was also determined that no companies dedicated to the commercialization of rich and nutritious lunch in this town, there vendors within the bars of different escuelas.Con data from market research, we proceeded to the preparation of the Technical, which is considered that the micro begin operations in a separate room for the proper functioning and accessible for customers, will be located in the streets Jasmine and chrysanthemums San Sebastian Barrio Geraniums parish. With regard to the production process microenterprise will have all the equipment and technology needed to make a quality product. it was determined that there is an unmet demand it to be covered with a small part in the implementation of this project. The technical study was defined that capacity utilization for the first year will be 53800 for lunch which represents 54.79% of installed capacity also established that the optimal location of the plant will be in the city of Loja, in the streets and Jasmine chrysanthemums and finally the engineer of the project where the technical aspects such as the distribution of resources and process plant wont be determined. In the administrative study it was determined that the legal name of the company will "Rico and Nutritious Cia Ltda."
