Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | Financial sustainability in popular and solidarity economy organizations has become a topic that requires in-depth study, which is why the objective of this proposal is to analyze the factors involved in financial sustainability and the strategies that should be used in the administrative management of an organization. The methodological process was mixed, of a descriptive exploratory type, concerning the methods, the inductive and deductive methods were used, the research techniques were the survey which was applied to a sample of 290 members of the conventional cab cooperatives of the city of Loja, and an interview directed to their administrators or managers. The results show that the factors associated with financial sustainability are internal: income and expenses, customer service, service prices, member contributions, training; and external: competition with informal cab services, delinquency, the increase in the price of inputs and the increase in the price of inputs for the maintenance and operation of the cab units. Finally, it was concluded that the financial sustainability of this sector is composed of internal and external elements, which combine with each other to result in an adequate balance of the sector. |
