সংক্ষিপ্ত:The present investigation has been carried out in the Cooperative of Saving and Credit "Chibuleo" Ltda whose general objective is to Design a Strategic Plan of Marketing for the Cooperative of Saving and Credit Chibuleo Ltda. of the city of Ambato, which has been carried out based on theoretical sustenances of Strategic Plans of Marketing and the information obtained by means of the employment of diverse methods like the scientist, the inductive one, and the deductive one; technical as the observation, the interview and survey, the same ones that allowed to gather information for this work. The surveys carried out to a total of 73 external clients, 112 internal clients and an interview to Ing. Rodrigo Llambo, Manager of the entity, they allowed to determine the strengths and weakness of the cooperative, the same ones that when being qualified and pondered he/she gave as a result 2.72, what means that the strengths are bigger than the threats. For the determination of the you analyze external, it was evaluated the political economic, cultural, social, technological factors, it stops in the later thing to be qualified and pondered, giving as a result 2,62, what indicates that it prevails the opportunities in connection with the threats. Finally after the analysis FODA, is determined the strategic following objectives: To design a plan of publicity to enlarge the number of clients; to achieve the fidelity of the partners through incentives granting added value and improving promotions for their loyalty; To enlarge the service post sale using technological tools; To carry out strategic alliances with companies of the public sector and private to offer the new products and services. For the realization of the objectives outlined in this proposal a total investment of $ it was budgotten 19.390,00.
