Sumari:The present investigation her effected in Loja's city, named: " UNA'S OFFER PROCESS REENGINEERING FOR THE COMPANY "ACERSA" GIVES LOJA's CITY " what allowed to establish the key processes and those with difficulties or critical points that need rethinking. The methodological process that was in use in the development of the present work was orientated by the use of the following methods: Deductive, Historical, Analytical, Synthetic, Statistical, Descriptive; of equal form several technologies were in use as the Observation, the Bibliographical Summary, the Survey, which was applied to all the employees of the company and in addition the Interview, which was realized to the Manager of the company. For the development of this work it began with the summary of bibliographical information for the production of the theoretical frame referential and conceptual, related to the process reengineering. Then one proceeded to the accomplishment of the situational diagnosis of the company "ACERSA", by means of which it was possible to know that the company had his beginnings in the year 2004, constituted as company of natural person, being his principal activity, the production and imagination of stirrups and rent of machinery in Loja's city. For the field information they were applied to 12 employees and 1 survey applied to the Manager, Ing. Luis Philip Sarmiento Ríos, the above mentioned results allowed to observe that the majority of the processes in function must be restructured since too much time exists for the processes that they realize and in some duplicity of activities to exist. They identified each of the key processes in the company, between which they are: purchase of rod, purchase of wire, receipt and storage of materials, attention and Sales to the client figured of stirrups, delivery of machinery, contracting of Employees; later there was realized his redesign of the processes that allowed the reduction of the used times, achieving a significant saving for the company, allowing hereby the major utilization, both in time and in workforce and costs, better environment of work, better organization and major performance for the company, which will meet reflected in the efficient attention to the clients. With the applied reengineering, the company will have a saving of time of 55 % from the process of receipt of materials until the product belongs dedicated to the client, with the managing and utilization of the scaffoldings for his location and storage, both of rod and of stirrups, the wastes of workforce diminish in 31 %, which makes his service more effective, in the purchase of rod will have the reduction of time of 70 minutes that 17 % represents, purchase of wire reduction of 70 minutes that 17 % represents, delivery of machinery decrease of time of 21 minutes and represents 5 %, contracting of employees I increase of time of 29 minutes that it represents 7 % and it will serve for all the employees of the company. For the implementation of the reengineering the investment of $ asks from itself 2.152,8 dollars, quantity that will serve for the acquisition of scaffolding for storage of rod, scaffolding for storage stirrups, training to the employees of the company and delivery of manual of functions. Finally the recommendations are established. There is recommended the application of the re-designed processes, with the aim to improve the condition of the company, to respect the manual of functions of every position to avoid losses of time that generate losses for the company, the commitment of the persons in charge of every process in assuming his paper in every process, to be useful the time that was gained in increasing his production.
