| Shrnutí: | This research was conducted in the canton Palanda; whose overall objective was to conduct a management audit Unit of Human Talent "Autonomous Government Decentralized Canton Palanda" in the period: January-December / 2014, its specific objectives: To assess compliance with legal regulations, determine the level of efficiency, effectiveness and economy of management; and finally present a report containing comments, conclusions and recommendations so that appropriate corrective action undertaken in the management of human talent; and alternatives available to the institution. For the above it is concluded that the objectives in this work were met in full. Previously the component under study was determined to define the objectives applicable to the entity. the evaluation of internal control system was made by applying the questionnaire control, working papers was obtained, narrative and analytical bons was performed, finally formulas was applied to measure the different management indicators through this writing the report is made and final conference, subject to findings and recommendations designed to promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness of management. |
