Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | Persistent economic and social inequality in nations like Ecuador has led the government to implement social inclusion policies. However, the effectiveness of these measures, especially in diverse regions such as Pichincha and Cotopaxi, needs careful evaluation. This study aims to carry out a comparative analysis of the policies in both provinces, focusing on their capacity to mitigate economic and social inequality. Within a solid theoretical framework, the implemented policies will be analyzed and socioeconomic indicators will be compared using a mixed methodology that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. In addition, the perceptions of the actors involved will be understood. The results obtained will be reflected in conclusions that will address the effectiveness of public policies in reducing inequality, not only in Ecuador, but also in similar contexts globally. The relevance of this study lies in the adverse effects of inequality in Ecuadorian society and economy, extending its impact to other nations. Ultimately, it seeks to contribute to academic knowledge in the field of reducing economic and social inequality, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of public policies. |
