OPERATIVIZAR LA GARANTIA CONSTITUCIONAL A NO SER DISCRIMINADO POR EL PASADO JUDICIAL, EN MATERIA LABORAL

From October 2008 entered into force, after approval of the Ecuadorian people of the New Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, where substantial and permanent changes are made to the recognition of rights, its protection system regarding Guarantees Constitutional and the structure of the Ecuadorian State. I emphasize that the weighting of a Constitutional justice is the most effective and suitable to realize the demands of the Guarantees, which contains the Magna Carta, to ensure the validity of the democratic principle and to effectively control the activities of public authorities and the tool individuals, especially when they violate or trample rights guaranteed in the Charter. Public servants, which for reasons of ignorance, or induced by a higher have committed crimes are against the efficiency of public administration, causing them to be sentenced to penalties which deprive their freedom for several years, and more than this not being able to work in any public entity, after this, which violates the constitution enshrined q nobody can be tried for the same crime twice and being opposed to non-discrimination by a court last stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, for such purposes, should be simple and quick actions before judges and courts that allow them to protect such persons to return to restart their lives.
