Therefore this research was conducted in the city of Huaquillas in order to implement a courier service company in the province of El Oro. Present feasibility project has required much effort and dedication of its authors and supervisor support, and adequate study of each of the phases in this investigation. In developing this thesis we have four points: first we refer to the introduction of the project, second to write the methodology used, third presents and discusses the results, finally we conclude and recommend it for the better functioning of the company. The methodology developed in this thesis, explains the techniques of information and research methods that have obviously been of great help to meet the outcomes expected. In the study of market surveys conducted in 399 different counties in the province Orense, Machala, Arenillas, Sta. Rosa, Huaquillas which allowed us to determine the demand and supply, therefore; The potential demand is: envelopes: 37207; packages: 88151; and bulk: 102639. The Real demand is: envelopes: 34899; packages: 106807; and bulk: 64039. The Effective demand is: envelopes: 22895; packages: 56360; and bulk: 64942. The supply of the service is: envelopes: 62455; packages: 414639; and bulk: 2452135. The projection of demand to meet for the first year: envelopes: 48727; packages: 1647789; and bulk: 13570380. We have the 53.93% of acceptance of a population economically active families. The technical study identified capacity to cover our project, which is designed for five years of life, so the company will use 259.200.000 grams of capacity installed for the first year.
