Descripció
Sumari:Attention through cognitive games is the set of strategies that aim to respond to the evolutionary needs that children present in their integral development. In this work, we look at how cognitive games stimulate attention in children. For the development of this research, it was decided to use a methodology that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques, ergo focus on mixed research, descriptive and correlal scope; the design type was preexperimental, whose objective is to determine if cognitive games allow to stimulate attention in children of the initial sublevel II. The methods used were: scientific, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and descriptive statistic to deepen into the study problem. The units of analysis were teachers (N:3) and children (N:24) to whom was applied a non-probabilistic sampling and subsequently used the instruments such as the survey, where they showed a good level of attention, results that contrasted with the initial diagnosis; and a guide to the evaluation of care in children from 4 to 5 years old, oriented to make visible the level of attention. The results found that more than half (66.66%) children had difficulties in the different aspects of care. That is why, the design and application of the alternative proposal based on a workshop of cognitive games is justified, where the evidence indicates that the use of it stimulates the process in the aspects of attetion divided, sustained and selective attention that converge to the indispensable contribution of attention in general. Finally we can conclude that cognitive games increased the focus on significant stimutation allowing to perform the tasks more effectively, contributing to the stimulation of the attentional process.
