El artículo 110 del código civil ecuatoriano, en sus numerales 8 y 9 como causales de divorcio deben de ser derogados por no cumplir con el fin del matrimonio

Then in the peak of our society of the XXI century as it can be possible that it continues staying in our legislations, this type of inhumanity and of inattention to the spouse, seating the controversial divorce that you/they quarrel with the same essence of the Right of Family. If of the same marriage definition it is deduced that one of the objectives of this artificial institution is that the spouses unite things among other to BE AIDED RECIPROCALLY IN THEIR MARRIED LIFE, how to conceive that the Civil Ecuadorian Code, continue maintaining like a causal of divorce the serious illness of one of the spouses considered by three doctors as incurable, contagious or transmissible to the offspring; or for the fact that one of the spouses is drunk common or, in general junkie. It is for that reason that I have had the necessity to develop the present artificial investigation, in order to determine
