Evaluación de la situación laboral de los profesionales de la carrera de Ingeniería en Administración Pública de la Universidad Nacional de Loja

The present work of titulation denominated: "EVALUATION OF THE LABOR SITUATION OF THE PROFESSIONALS OF THE ENGINEERING CAREER IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LOJA", it consists of assessing the current employment situation of former professional students in the career of Public Administration, applying their knowledge in different public institutions in the southern region of the country and nationally. The labor situation of these professionals is evaluated, fulfilling the general objective that is to evaluate the employment situation of the professionals of the Engineering in Public Administration of the National University of Loja, the same that was achieved through the objectives specific that consist of: first determine the number of professionals working within the public sector, private sector and own entrepreneurship; second, analyze the causes why they do not have a job within the public sector and finally establish the position and functions in which they develop in their work. The methodology applied in the present investigation is specific since the deductive method was used to achieve the specific objectives proposed where the causes were determined by which the former students professionalized in the career of Public Administration of the National University of Loja they do not yet have a job position, and in turn they established the positions and functions in which they work in the sector in which they work. 5 The result projected by the research is favorable, because it is determined that the majority of the population, 61% currently working and that 39% of that considerable percentage work in the public sector, in conclusion the professionals of the race of Public Administration works in institutions attached to the State and according to the professional training imparted. It is pertinent to specify that the development of this thesis was carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja and the Guidelines for the presentation of the Final Report of the Thesis of the Public Administration.
