| Resumo: | At the present time, the education is a fundamental pillar of the human beings in all development process, so much personal as collective, in the Ecuador it is looking for alternative that allow to improve in a progressive, sequential and integral way. For such a reason, it is interesting that it is contributed with new ideas to strengthen the formation processes in the new professionals. The CBFT-Z. I center Binacional of Technical Formation Zapotepamba, it is located in the place Zapotepamba of the Canton Avocados, county of Loja, is part of the National University of Loja and it is characterized by the formation of Technologists in Production and Agricultural Extension with focus agroecológico and under the boarding school modality. To contribute with the formation of the new professionals of the agricultural field, and feeling the necessity to diffuse the methodology of the Community Autodesarrollo, he/she intended to be carried out an investigation that allows to strengthen the knowledge in agroecología but under the perspective of the Community Autodesarrollo, particularly you work with the students of the third year of the Technology, that because this group already bill with bases in the production with focus agroecológica to which is incorporated the MAC. This investigative work that has been carried out with the employment of a denominated methodology “Methodology of the Community Autodesarrollo”, the same one that has been developed by a group of professionals of the Republic of Cuba; as methodology it is a tool that helps to improve the formation processes to achieve based on the critical reflection, the participation and the cooperation, to gestate processes of social transformation, keeping in mind that the human being is a fellow that should look for its emancipation by all possible means. For they thought about it the following objectives: To base theoretical and methodologically the problem of the preparation agroecológica in the vocational training of the students that you/they are formed ab initio as technologists in agricultural production of the Autodesarrollo To diagnose the state of preparation agroecologica that the third year-old students possess in the agricultural production To elaborate a project of community intervention to contribute to the preparation agroecologica of the the third year-old students in agricultural production. The obtained results of this investigation demonstrate that the students of the third year of the Technology in Production and Agricultural extension of the Center Binacional of Technical Formation Zapotepamba although they possess knowledge in production agroecologica, they are not enough to apply them to the field because a low level of convincing exists in themselves, impeding to that the sostenibilidad of agricultural production exists, so that it is not obtained sustainable results regarding the production; lack of up-to-date preparation exists in the professors and agricultural workers. The diagnostic agroecologico threw that the experimental basic areas not respond in its entirety to the sostenibilidad characteristics because they intersect the productive processes and still the most important thing alone they are reproducing knowledge, on the other hand the student ignores the methodology of the Community Autodesarrollo where the critical conscience is good for the deep reflection of the social reality, where the participation and the cooperation are more and more strong to gestate development processes after a less dependent future of other, avoiding its responsibility before the society and therefore they don't allow the development of abilities with this end. As well he/she showed previously, this study is developed until the third stage of the Methodology of the Community Autodesarrollo because it only arrives until the position of the proposal, it because the implementation squatter of time and it is an entire process it stops then to fulfill the last two stages that are the evaluation and the systematizing of the results that they are obtained as product of the implementation. On the other hand, of the experience, I am very pleased since by the benefit and the easiness that he/she lends the methodology, it can be adjusted according to the conditions of a certain group, in an integral way, it is dynamic and what is more, it allows the critical reflection. The present work, it has been elaborated in two parts: in the first one that has to do with the knowledge in agroecología and the relationships interdisciplinares on the part of the students of the third year of the technology in agricultural Production of the CBFT - Zapotepamba, with the community. They were carried out surveys to: students, to know the preparation grade in topics agroecológicos; to professors, workers and Director to evaluate their technical and methodological preparation, to take advantage of the potentialities of the contents of the programs in function of an integral teaching based on principles agroecologicos and of sostenibilidad. A diagnostic agroecologico was made to the experimental basic areas to know the grade of sostenibilidad of the same ones, with a view to its correct use in the development of abilities in the students. The party of the second part refers to the same elaboration of a proposal for the invigoration of the formation agroecologica of the students from the perspective of the Community Autodesarrollo. This proposal consists of a plan of extracurricular training and also in activities that should be carried out for the invigoration of the formation agroecologica, for he/she intends it shops for the sensitization and knowledge of the principles of the Community Autodesarrollo |
