| Summary: | The present study was developed with the purpose of providing a solution to the problems encountered in the ASOSERALL company, with the general objective of "Elaborating a model of administrative management for the company" ASOSERALL "of the city of Nueva Loja, Cantón Lago Agrio, province Of Sucumbíos, for the year 2016. For this, methods such as: scientific, deductive, inductive, descriptive, statistical and with the aid of the techniques of direct observation, interview, and their respective surveys were used. The study began with the compilation of the literature related to the Administrative management model, which guides the field work, then proceeded to diagnose the situational state of the company, making an analysis from two perspectives, the external and the internal; Which are controlled in the decisions made by their managers. The main problem identified is the lack of a management model for the company under study, managers and employees are not complying with basic administrative parameters that should be developed within the company, presenting weaknesses that impede an adequate and effective development of Activities in the company. In the present research, materials, methods and techniques were used to collect the information needed to better develop the present administrative management model for the company, thus achieving the proposed objectives in an orderly manner. Based on the results obtained, a situational diagnosis was elaborated in which the data of the company "ASOSERALL" are compiled so as to be able to develop the analysis of the internal situation, then proceeded to apply the respective interview to the Manager and a survey Addressed to the personnel of the mentioned company. In order to collect the information, a form was prepared which contains questions for conducting the interview with the Manager and which are related to the administrative process, that is, to the planning, organization, direction and control; And a survey directed to the working men of the company under study, information that allowed me to determine the situational analysis of the same. In the hits found it can be mentioned within the planning that there is no department that performs this type of activity, according to the respondents, stating that the Manager is the person to do it, the staff does not have participation, but few mention that If they know it. In the company it was observed that there is no Administrative Management Model, as indicated by the members of the mentioned company. With regard to management, respondents pointed out that the Manager is a leader, and that there is a training process directed at the personnel who work in the company, also mentioned that an Administrative Management Model for the company would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the same. In the process of control they were able to state that if staff evaluations are carried out, but not in a technical way, they do so in an empirical way. Based on this information, a proposal for an Administrative Management Model for the company "ASOSERALL" was carried out with the objective of contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of all administrative processes, such as: financial, operational, material and logistics, aimed at Managers and workers with the sole objective of improving the good performance of their functions. The research raises its respective conclusions and at the same time suggests accepting its recommendations in order to improve the administrative performance, and in this way to reach its objectives goals for the company's own benefit and of the existing population in the city of Nueva Loja, canton Sour Lake. |
