That is why this paper entitled "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PRODUCER COMPANY NONI LEAF TEA AND MINT IN CANTON Loja" seeks to harness business opportunities and business development within the market, which have not yet been exploited. Therefore objectives have been raised that will help determine the feasibility of the project for the production and marketing of noni leaf tea and mint, which was necessary to make a diagnosis and study of market for supply and demand for the product to be offered, and labor together a technical study to determine the optimal capacity and the requirements for the implementation of this project make financial study which unveiled the amount of investment, financing, production costs and revenues generated this project with the respective financial evaluation through indicators such as net present value, internal rate of return, benefit cost ratio, etc.., by which the feasibility of the project was determined and finally develop a structural design organization, which suits the needs of the company. 7 Certain materials, methods and techniques that facilitated the research was required to perform.
