2.1. ABSTRACT. But authority in society is to help, to protect, care, and not to abuse their legacy. You can also say that the abuse of authority occurs when a superior officer or take advantage of their ability against someone who is placed in a situation of dependence or subordination. 6 Situation which has been taking place within our society causing great mistrust in people who need the help of different authorities because these instead of being protected, are abused by deception. A form of abuse of authority occurs when the person who accesses a position or function takes advantage of the power which is granted for personal gain, not to properly perform its obligations which were granted what plays within an institution. Security forces meanwhile fall into the abuse of authority when they rely on violence and make a huge exercise of its powers. An example of this type of situation occurs when the police arrest someone without justification and do not allow the affected defend. That is why should the government pay more attention to this situation and impose more rigorous penalties for why people called as protectors of society respects. Are dedicated to providing good protection and not abuse their power, either should not think only of themselves and provide a service which the government gives them a fair wage. 7 But that is not reflected in our midst, for more help and respect is needed, organizing a good protection of man which we all need every day whether this poor rich, white, or black. Our Constitution guarantees us protection within good live, respect, non-discrimination and when our rights are violated can go to the authorities to demand, which by law and it is up to us being broken and so it should sanction people do not provide security and respect they need to live in harmony.
