| 总结: | This thesis project involves the "Design of a semi-automatic supply and discharge of oil drilling pipes for machining on a CNC lathe INSEPECA company Cia. Ltd. Located in the province of Orellana. "This currently is done by hand, solely relying on the skill of the operators. The importance of this research project is based because it is intended to raise an innovation in industrial processes from the point of view of automation, which optimizes resources without neglecting the technical requirements and quality results. During the investigative process should be determined very complex design elements, using the geometry of the tubes, in addition to reliably withstand the stresses produced by the large size and weight of oil drilling pipes, calculation procedures based on order mechanical, for further testing in a software simulated. The power system selected for the work of relocation and displacement of the pipe is about oil-hydraulic cylinder through hydraulic motors, since it is highly recommended for this type of facility for its low complexity and high performance. As the final part of the project, a proposal was made semi-automation by using a Siemens PLC logo, trying to achieve a flexible control scheme, to provide the assurances required in this delicate process. |
