Aplicación de la contabilidad comercial en “milly’s zapatos y carteras” de la ciudad de Machala, provincia de el ORO, periodo del 01 al 30 de septiembre del 2013

This research work entitled " APPLICATION OF ACCOUNTING IN BUSINESS at MILLY’S SHOES AND BAGS IN THE CITY OF MACHALA, EL ORO PROVINCE, ECUADOR, from Sept. 1st to Sept. 30th of 2013 " was developed with the purpose of organizing the company’s accounting department, by developing the initial inventory and the submission of financial statements, so that its owner has consistent and reliable financial information when making decisions concerning the results achieved against the investment. The same has been prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations provided by the National University of Loja to obtain the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA. With the application of commercial accounting, the objectives were achieved, in an organized way all phases were emphasized; beggining by the implementation of the manual accounting system which allowed us to structure the initial inventory, we also proceeded to organize all the supporting documents, making them ready for the journal, based on the record of the initial inventory and the daily finalcial activity at the store. Finally we obtain the result of how the financial statements are, to be used as the best source not only for the manager but also for the owner to make the correct and timely decisions for the benefit of the business. In conclusion, it may be notify that by applying commercial accounting at Milly's Shoes and Handbags store, the flaws that existed in terms of accounting procedures were corrected, and up to the actual date has real and reliable information. Information that will serve its owners when need it to make the best decisions of investment and get benefits for their own bussines. Also the manager is recommended to continue with the accounting organization as established, in order to be constantly actualize with the norms and laws of the diferent public institutions of our country Ecuador and avoid future penalties.
