| Тойм: | This research work entitled "DEVELOPMENT OF A MANUAL OF FUNCTIONS AND REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT FOR ADMISSION AND HUMAN TALENT ENTERPRISE" VIDRIERÍA CONTINENTAL CITY LOJA. "It aims to help establish technical guidelines that should apply the person who manage this company in terms of the allocation of functions to each of their employees, so it is necessary to implement a regulation of admission and employment, which will be helpful for the growth and development of glassmaking. Methods were applied as: the historical method to collect information on the history of the company, inductive method of analysis is part of the management processes for admission and retention in the company; deductive method draws on the theory on talent management or human resources, especially as relates to the admission process, employment, training and development; descriptive method for the presentation of the current state of the glass, using a diagnostic Statistical Method to present the results using statistical tables and charts. Among the techniques used are: direct observation, which allowed us to observe the environment in which staff develops glassmaking, the survey applied to staff working in the company that allowed it to have a clear understanding and comprehensive management human talent as part of the administrative management of the company, the interview allowed confront reality on the management of human resources in the company, and also presents the results obtained and the proper conclusions. I hope that the research has a significant contribution to the development of good management of the Company in the management of its human resources and the allocation of functions to each of the members who work in this business |
