总结: | This topic is about the level of satisfaction of the care provided by pediatric users presenting to Emergency Regional Hospital Isidro Ayora city of Loja. It is a quantitative, descriptive and transversal , which has the purpose of knowing the nivle of satisfaction , as well as the waiting time , the confidence to return and recommend this service and the factors that prevent optical care . In this study conducted at the Regional Hospital Isidro Ayora parents participated . Based on the results was found : that the level of quality and personal attention is very good , having to wait about 30 minutes for it. The main factor preventing optimal care is the lack of availability of supplies , and information about the disease that present is not satisfactory. Despite this return and recommend this service. It can be concluded that the level of user satisfaction is very good , however it is recommended to provide more information on the diseases and increase the quantity and quality of supplies.
