description El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó con el propósito de brindar un aporte técnico-contable a “LA CASA DEL TAPIZ Y ARTICULOS DE FERRERTERIA” para mejorar el rendimiento económico del Almacén, además de ser un requisito indispensable, previo a optar el grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Los objetivos planteados en el presente trabajo de tesis fueron alcanzados en donde se desarrolla el proceso contable desde el plan de cuentas hasta obtener los estados financieros, así mismo se obtuvo el levantamiento de inventario inicial y documentos fuentes como facturas, comprobantes de retención, etc. También se elaboraron los formatos contables para el ingreso de información de acuerdo a la necesidad del negocio. Finalmente se pudo concluir que se ha desarrollado el proceso contable donde se presenta la propuesta de la aplicación inmediata acorde a las necesidades de la empresa, por lo que se sugiere al gerente propietario tomar en cuenta las propuesta contable a fin de salvaguardar los recursos mejorando la solvencia económica.
