Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This study Casanga Parish, Canton Province of Loja Paltas where dwell approximately 1800 inhabitants, is based on specific objectives that enable the organizational strengthening of their leaders, in order that they have the necessary tools to manage different development processes in communities, improving the quality of life, framed in good living. Tools used in this work, as the array of problems, needs and addressed surveys; analyze the notion of organizational strengthening and the factors that hinder their achievement in the field of community development. It conducted a critical inquiry by analyzing qualitative information on the following categories: Community Training, Participation, Community Leadership, Community Organization, which supported them theoretically supported the research process. The main results obtained in the field research, fuzzy glimpse factors affecting the organizational development of the community as poor community participation, weak leadership, lack of basic services and social infrastructure, weak organization; once exposed results in statistical tables and charts of quantitative and qualitative research proved, then an analysis and study according to the results, allowed to check the problem posed at the beginning of the project; so it has made a proposal Function Training Organizational Strengthening parish Casanga aimed at guaranteeing the rights of the people living in this sector |
