Implantación de un proceso contable al hostal residencia Estrella del Oriente, del cantón el Pangui provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, durante el periodo enero-febrero de 2016

The present work was carried out in compliance with the regulations of the National University of Loja, as a requirement to obtain the degree of Accounting and Auditing Engineer, Auditor Public Accountant; And with the purpose of implementing an accounting process to the Hostal Residencia "Estrella del Oriente". With regard to the execution of the work, all the objectives set forth in it were fulfilled, the main objective being the implementation of the accounting process, for which it was started by constructing the plan and manual of accounts, according to the needs And demands of the Hostal; Then the Initial Inventory was drawn up, considering all the assets, values and commitments of the establishment investigated, which allowed the State of Initial Situation to be captured; After the newspaper was indispensable the support of the Auxiliary Books designed to take a better control of the purchases, sales, accounts receivable and pay; The Daily Book, the General Ledger, was constructed until the formulation of Financial Statements, which proved useful in the accounting year; Which allowed to give the owners of the Hostel reliable information. The application of the present Accounting Process allowed reliable financial information to be obtained, and through the conclusions and recommendations presented therein, it was possible to contribute with a great tool for the due process of the daily operations and the control of the cash which must Be deposited daily; Instrument of great importance for the present and future decision-making, that lead to the progress of the same and therefore to offer a better service to its clients.
