Resumo:Adolescence represents a milestone in the evolutionary aspect of the human being, which facing stressful life events, risk factors and protection can trigger aspects of emotional instability that, depending on the intensity and individual characteristics, will require or not, psychological intervention; For the development of the current study, a correlational and longitudinal cut research was used, experimentally designed to determine the efficacy of a Psychological Intervention Plan based on Brief Solution-Centered Therapy, for which it was carried out a selection of those adolescents who presented moderate depressive indicators from a universe of 213 students corresponding to first and second baccalaureate year of the institution, using the Beck Depression Inventory, 17 adolescents were determined to comply with indicators of moderate depression; We worked with 15 of them and proceeded with the preparation of the Psychological Clinical History, and then applied the Psychological Intervention Plan, which involved adolescents, teachers and parents. At the end of the sessions, a post-test was applied, the results were reviewed and determined by means of the SPSS program using the T-student statistical test, that of the total of adolescents who presented moderate depressive indicators, the 64.7% decreased to ups and downs that are considered normal, 5.9% to mild disturbance of mood and 17.6% to states of intermittent depression; Based on the results, it is concluded that the Psychological Intervention Plan based on BSCT generates changes in the indicators of depression in teenagers.
