description In the city of Loja enterprise management should be oriented towards the satisfaction of needs of families, for businesses it should emphasize the definition of its administrative, organizational and functional structure considering that companies have to compete with each other, processes, functional areas, prices, products, schedules, promotions and advertising to enable them to attract new customers and generate higher profits. The research takes as a general title: "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR DISTRIBUTION INPUT CAMEL DISCAMEL CIA. LTDA. CITY Loja, PERIOD 2013-2018 ". As a preliminary to this research work, a situational diagnosis of the distribution, which determines the various problems both operational and administrative nature, which together affect the daily distribution is made, it should be noted that these problems are the goals preliminary, they pretend to be corrected or deleted by the distributor. Regarding the method, the analytical, inductive, descriptive and inferential methods were used; research techniques were applied as the survey as well as the interview; the bibliography, confirming the development of this thesis. Also external factors of the distribution is analyzed by the matrix evaluation of external factors, the same who came to 2.67 points; where economic, political, social, technological and environmental factors were analyzed, the distributor also analyzed through Porter's five forces, and their direct or indirect impact on the normal development of the distribution, thus allowing to identify main opportunities and threats of the distributor, which allowed detecting that the distribution company has more market opportunities. Regarding the analysis of the internal factors of the distribution, 74 surveys with employees, 343 customer surveys and an interview to the Manager, data were tabulated and analyzed and interpreted then build matrix assessment was performed internal factors with a total of 2.34 points, results that determined the strengths and weaknesses of the distributor which the distributor considering the weaknesses against the strengths which may be adversely affecting the development of the same predominate. With the development of assessment matrices matrix allowing high impact strategic objectives to determine their courses of action for the distributor which became the support for the development of this work they are built: ➢ Increase market share at the provincial level. ➢ Improve customer ➢ Strengthen the corporate image. ➢ Increase diffusion to publicize the DISTRIBUTOR "CAMEL DISCAMEL CIA.LTDA INPUT" at the provincial level. In addition to the strategic plan and vision Tumacacori as fundamental pillars on which the distributor run your business goals and strategies with a total budget plan proposes $ 1,768.48. The main conclusions, recommendations, bibliography, and appendices are described in the final part of this work.

The main conclusions, recommendations, bibliography, and appendices are described in the final part of this work.En la ciudad de Loja la gestión empresarial debe estar orientada hacia la satisfacción de necesidades de las familias, para ello las empresas deben hacer énfasis en la definición de su estructura administrativa, organizativa y funcional tomando en cuenta que las empresas tienen que competir entre sí, en procesos, áreas funcionales, precios, productos, horarios, promociones y publicidad que les permita atraer nuevos clientes y generar mayores utilidades. La investigación lleva como título general: “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA DISTRIBUIDORA CAMEL DE INSUMOS DISCAMEL CIA. LTDA. DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO 2013-2018”. Como preliminares en el presente trabajo investigativo, se realiza un diagnostico situacional de la distribuidora, el cual permite determinar los diferentes problemas tanto de índole operativa como administrativa, los cuales conjuntamente afectan cotidianamente a la distribuidora, cabe señalar que estos problemas se constituyen en los objetivos preliminares, que pretenden ser corregidos o eliminados por parte de la distribuidora. En lo referente a la metodología, se utilizó los métodos analítico, inductivo, descriptivo y deductivo; se aplicó técnicas de investigación como la encuesta, así como también la entrevista; la recopilación bibliográfica, corroborando para el desarrollo de la presente tesis. Así mismo se analiza los factores externos de la distribuidora a través de la matriz de evaluación de factores externos, la misma que llegó a 2,67 puntos; donde se analizaron los factores económicos, políticos, sociales, tecnológicos y ambientales, también se analizó a la distribuidora a través de las cinco fuerzas de Porter, así como su incidencia directa o indirectamente en el normal desarrollo de la distribuidora, permitiendo así poder identificar las principales oportunidades y amenazas de la distribuidora, lo que permitió detectar que la distribuidora cuenta con más oportunidades en el mercado. Con respecto al análisis de los factores internos de la distribuidora, se realizó 74 encuestas dirigidas a los empleados, 343 encuestas a los clientes y una entrevista al señor Gerente, datos que fueron tabulados y analizados e interpretados que luego permitieron construir la matriz de evaluación de factores internos con un total de 2,34 puntos, resultados que determinaron las fortalezas y debilidades de la distribuidora considerando que en la distribuidora predominan las debilidades frente a las fortalezas lo cual puede estar afectando negativamente en el desarrollo de la misma. Con el desarrollo de la matrices de evaluación se construyó la matriz de alto impacto lo que permitió determinar cuatro objetivos estratégicos con sus respectivos cursos de acción para la distribuidora los cuales se convirtieron en el soporte para el desarrollo del presente trabajo ellos son:  Incrementar la participación en el mercado a nivel provincial.  Mejorar la atención al cliente  Fortalecer la imagen corporativa.  Incrementar la difusión para dar a conocer la DISTRIBUIDORA “CAMEL DE INSUMOS DISCAMEL CIA.LTDA” a nivel provincial. Adicional al plan estratégico se propone una visión y misión como pilares fundamentales sobre los cuales la distribuidora ejecutará sus objetivos y estrategias empresariales con un presupuesto total en el plan de $1.768,48.
